Futon Bed Planet is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING Everyday on all orders shipping within the Contiguous U.S. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please call us for a shipping quote. We also offer White Glove Delivery Service for an additional charge. Since White Glove Delvery Service is a product specific charge, please call us for an individual price quote at (888) 996-9890.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery Service is a complete in-home delivery of your new purchase. We use a 2 person crew, take your merchandise out of the box and place it in the room of your choice (bring your product up or down up to 2 flights of stairs), providing the room is clear where you want the new furniture placed. We will also perform minor assembly (up to 30 minutes) and remove the empty boxes from your home. Shipping Times

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size and/or weight of the product. Due to the size and/or weight of the product, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available. When in doubt call 888-996-9890 for exact info about your order. Futon Bed Planet is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipping within the Contiguous U.S. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please call us for a shipping quote. This level of service is curb-side for large items such as massage chairs or to your front door for smaller items such as daybeds, daybed bedding, etc.

What Happens if my Product Arrives Damaged?

Futon Bed Planet understands that any product can get damaged in transit. That is why we created our No-Hassle Quick Replacement policy. Inspect all of your boxes upon delivery. If the box appears to have ANY damage open it up in front of the driver and inspect the product. If the product is physically damaged refuse the item and write on the driver's paperwork the reason why you are refusing the delivery. If the box your item arrives in has damage but the product is not physically damaged in any way, make sure you write this on the driver's paperwork in case the product is defective after you bring it in your home and unpack it. If you see any physical damage to your new item, upon delivery, we highly recommend that you refuse delivery of that item, make a note on the drivers paperwork, then give us a call and we will ship the replacement item out to you within 48 hours* at no additional charge. If you accept the item without writing anything on the driver's paperwork we will have no re-course when filing a claim with that freight company. So, the most important thing is to make any notations on the driver's paperwork whether you accept the delivery or refuse it.

Futon Bed Planet is so confident in the products we sell that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just email or call us within 15 days of your delivery and we will authorize either a return or exchange. Just make sure that the item is either in its original carton, or in a substitute carton giving full protection just like when it was received. If any damage occurs due to insufficient packing, partial credit or no credit will be issued. Since we use third party freight companies, any and all shipping charges will not be refunded (actual outbound shipping costs we incurred originally and inbound). If an item is returned for any reason other than a manufacturers defect, a minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be imposed. Higher re-stocking fees will be based on if the product is returned with original box, owners manual, warranty card, etc. We will not give any credit for a returned item that did not receive pre-approval by a FutonBedPlanet representative.

Receipt

A check-out a receipt will be emailed to you. Once you receive it please go over it carefully and make sure everything is correct, especially the ship to address and the make and model of the product you purchased. If we do not hear from you with any corrections that need to be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will process your order as it is and the delivery will occur as stated in our delivery times section. This receipt will serve as your proof of purchase and will be necessary for any manufacturers warranty claims. We suggest that you keep it in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.

Orders Never Received

If you have tracked your order from your Order Status page and found something different about the delivery date or have not received your order within 2 business days of its scheduled delivery date, please contact Customer Service. We will be glad to find the location of your order and promptly resolve any issues.

Sales Tax

Futon Bed Planet is located in the state of Nevada, we are required to collect state sales tax only for deliveries going to the state of Nevada. Bed Planet DOES NOT charge sales tax for orders going to any state other than Nevada.
